Cytotoxic Activities and Morphological Sudies of Thiophene, Thiazole and Pyridazine Derivatives Synthesized from Benzo[d]thiazole Derivatives

The benzo[d]thiazole derivatives 4a–c were synthesized and used for the synthesis of thiophene 6a–f. They form arylhydrazone 8a–i which capable to pyridazine 9a–i 10a–i. latter compounds reacted with thioglycolic acid produce thiazole 12a–i 13a–i, respectively. 15a–c also produced from through their reactions elemental sulfur phenylisothiocyanate. Further heterocyclization 15a carried out derivatives. Evaluations products against some selected cancer cell lines most active further evaluated seventeen classified according disease. Morphological changes A549 line by effect 13c 13h studied using microenvironment lung tissue where an excellent result was obtained.
